Founder/ Coach/ Change Agent
Keisha Sitney is an executive leader with close to 30 years of non-profit leadership experience both at the national and regional levels, with close to 20 of those years in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Region.
Holding a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Howard University, Keisha specializes in leadership and organizational development with a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.
With in-depth experience in Coaching, Talent Management, Strategic Visioning and Planning, Facilitation and Succession Planning, Keisha has served in operational roles as well as leading the learning & development functions, multicultural leadership development as well as served as an internal consultant for C-Suite leaders from YMCAs across the United States.
In addition to her professional roles with the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, DC, YMCA of the USA and the Y in Central Maryland, Keisha previously served as the President of the Prince George’s County Human Services Coalition in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Keisha is a graduate of Leadership Prince George’s County in Prince George’s County Maryland, serves on the board of her community homeowner association ,and enjoys being a wife and mother of a twin son and daughter.
